The Tree Dock works on both smooth trees and barked trees ranging from circumferences of 5in (127mm) to 5ft (152.4cm).
Three components of The Tree Dock:
(1.) Dyneema Line - 6ft (182.8cm) in length of 1.75mm Dyneema line. This is the same line commonly used for suspending hammock tarps. One end is eye-spliced onto the Dock Lock and the other end has a back-splice so line can't fray.
(2.) Dock Hook - Made from a exceptionally strong, glass-infused thermoplastic that is heat, UV, weather, and chemical resistant.
(3.) Dock Lock - An ingenious mechanism made from the same material as the Dock Hook. It secures the Tree Dock without the need for knots and uses the same Shark Tooth Thread technology as the SÜLgear Tarp Nuts.
